GlyssWynde Flute and Harp Duo

Lisa and Sharon began playing music together in the Austin Civic Orchestra where Sharon is principal flutist and Lisa is principal harpist.  The duo is available to play at weddings, receptions, cocktail hours, corporate events, and any other special occasions.

We perform all different genres of music and are constantly adding new music to our repertoire.  We also accept requests from clients for musical selections not already in our repertoire.  Requests must be made a month in advance of the event to allow adequate time to find/arrange and learn the music.

Sharon's Bio:

Sharon Davis teaches flute as an Associate Professor at Austin Community College. She is the Principal Flutist with the Austin Civic Orchestra.

Sharon received her Bachelor of Music Education degree from the University of Oklahoma, and her Master of Music Performance in Flute from Baylor University.
